By downloading or using Likeypoo, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Likeypoo is strictly for users aged 18 and older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be removed.
Likeypoo is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your use of the app. You can review the full agreement in your Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile, for the photos you upload, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not impersonate another person or create an account on behalf of someone else.
You agree not to use Likeypoo to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm other users. You agree not to upload nude, sexually explicit, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content. You agree not to use the app for any commercial solicitation, spam, or to collect information about other users. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and content that sexualizes minors are absolutely prohibited. Any account found to upload, share, or solicit such material will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities.
You can report any user, post, or message from within the app. Reports are sent directly to our moderation team for review. We commit to reviewing reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior within 24 hours, and to taking appropriate action — which may include warning, suspending, or permanently banning the user, and removing the offending content.
You can also block another user from within the app. Blocking prevents that user from appearing in your feed, matching with you, or contacting you, and prevents you from appearing in theirs.
You retain ownership of the photos and information you upload to Likeypoo. By uploading content, you grant Likeypoo a limited license to host and display that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service.
Likeypoo is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, these terms will be updated and any payments will be processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system, subject to the terms of the App Store.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the community.
Likeypoo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee matches, the accuracy of user-submitted information, or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Interactions with other users are at your own risk; please use good judgment when meeting people.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Likeypoo and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the app shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100) or the total amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Likeypoo and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the app; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another user or third party; or (d) any content you upload, post, or transmit through the app.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or the app shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
